A Little History
Established in 1931 and opened in 1933, The Georgian Hotel was home to one of the last strongholds of Prohibition. Our underground restaurant was an original Speakeasy, complete with secret entrances and passageways, hosting the likes of "Bugsy" Siegel, Clark Gable, Roscoe "Fatty" Arbuckle, Carole Lombard, and dozens of other film stars and industry moguls.
Today, you will find modern ambiance infused with our colorful past.
